Episode 107 - December 1, 2014

Oh no. I finally have an excuse to talk about wrestling on the podcast. I'm sure I've been bugging everyone on Twitter every Monday, and occasional Sunday, with my out-of-context tweets between the hours of 8 PM and 11 PM Eastern. Well, now you have to deal with it in audio form. Unfortunately, it's going to be about an anime that I just finished. However, I won't be alone in this venture. I will be joined by my tag team partner, my brother from another mother, "The Guy" Steve Yurko of the Unofficial One Piece Podcast, dude. SO...WHATCHA GONNA DO, BROTHER?! WHATCHA GONNA DO WHEN ME AND THE GUY RUN WILD ON THE ANIME, WANNA BE THE STRONGEST IN THE WORLD?!

(0:00 - 19:00) Intro

Make sure you look at Steve's art things. He has a lot of it. Also, make sure to check out his web comic, Jason and the Princes of the Universe.

(19:01 - 1:56:30) Review (Wanna Be The Strongest In The World)

Though I may have not been doing as much as of late, I've usually been one to be public about most of the shows that I am watching. Of course out-of-context, I love talking about the shows that I am watching. I usually leave a tag and an episode number so you can at least get some sense of what I'm talking about. However, there are a lot of shows that I don't talk about publicly, this is one of them. This may be one the most in-jokey episodes we have ever done. Hopefully the context clues will be enough for people to understand the dumb smark terms that we use in this episode. You should be good.

By the way, if you actually want to hear actual wrestling talk from us, maybe you can make this other side project a real thing. I don't know. Maybe we can actually do something with it.

(1:56:31 - 1:59:48) Closing

So, the new season of Doctor Who is already over. Guess we should really make that episode.

Reminds me of the ties between idol singers and wrestlers Daryl Surat brought up at his panel on the ties between anime and wrestling.
